I firstly started my personal tutoring as a hobby in 2011 when I was studying in LTU, then became a sole trader to provide more professional service in 2013 and accepted a single contract to tutor in a remedial class provider.

 

By early 2014, I had established relationships with so many clients in LTU, UniMelb, Monash and Federation Uni that I began looking for freelance associates to work with me. All Pass Education set up small as a partnership company in mid 2014. Within half a year, my business had grown significantly fast and we decided to upgrade our business to company named All Pass Education Pty Ltd with GST registered in early 2015. APE then became one of my projects within the comprehensive company.

 

By the ending 2015, I hired my first full-time staff and 7 contractor tutors joined throughout 2015 and remain with the company today. Business has continued to grown in this year, and we now have full-time staffs of 4 and have developed contract relationships with more than 15 contract tutors.
